Returns Policy
You are important to us! If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it for a refund, within 30 days of the original purchase (exceptions apply for fragrance and cosmetic items, lingerie items, and shoes and apparel as noted at the bottom of this return policy). The product must be returned in the condition it was received ((including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc., and shrink wrap where applicable) TulipShe will not accept returns of new products which have been opened . We must receive your item back within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept items returned after 30 days.
Defective items must be reported to us as defective within 7 days of receipt. Defective items may be exchanged for the same model only.
Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the incorrect product was shipped.
In order to return an item you must fill out our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form below. Any return without prior authorization will be refused and credit will not be given. After we process your RMA request, we will email you an RMA number and instructions on how to return the product.
For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping.
After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse you for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and less a restocking fee of 15%.
Refunds will be issued to the original credit card or online payment service after we receive the returned merchandise. Please allow 1-3 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive the item.
RMA INSTRUCTIONS
In order to return an item you must fill out our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form below to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Do not ship items back prior to receiving an RMA number.
A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) must be marked on the outside of the shipping box for product returns.
You must ensure that merchandise is returned to receive proper credit. This means that the item(s) should be returned via a trackable shipping carrier, the shipment should be insured, and it should have a tracking number with some method of delivery confirmation or signature confirmation.
Only ship returns to the return address provided in your RMA confirmation email.
Note: Packages must have RMA number written visibly on shipping box with a brief description of the product defect inside. All items must be returned in the original packaging.
ADDITIONAL TERMS WHICH APPLIES TO LINGERIE AND UNDERGARMENT ITEMS
For hygiene and health purposes, we do not accept any returns and/or exchanges on lingerie and undergarment items. Please make sure that you have picked the correct size of the item before placing your order.

Please note, due to health reasons, we do not accept returns for apparel, body jewelry, and shoe items which have been worn by the buyer.
